Nancy Jo Dotson, 72, of Bradford, Ark., was born on July 26, 1953 at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C., to the late William and Emma Jean Lawson, and departed from this life into the Kingdom of Heaven on Nov. 27, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.?
Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was defined by her love for her family and by her faith and commitment to the Lord. She was married to the love of her life, Edgar Eugene Dotson and they were together for 55 wonderful years of love and ministry. They were blessed with three beautiful daughters who were the joy and light of her life. Nancy was a dedicated woman of faith where she served in ministry beside her husband for over 40 years with a sincere heart. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
?She is survived by her beloved husband, Edgar Eugene Dotson; her children, Dominica Faith Dotson and grandson, Chaz Edgar Hollibaugh and love Sarah Dawn Cole, Christina Faith Dotson and grandson, Dakota Matthew Dotson, Kristin LeAnn King and her husband Justin Lin King and their children, Jordan Edgar Lin King and Hunter Lin King and Nancy's brother, Curtis Dale Lawson and wife Kimberly Lawson.?
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Bradford, Ark., with visitation prior to the Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery in Possum Grape, Ark. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home of Bradford.
