Phyllis "Sue" (Locke) Lowry, 77, of Ashland and formerly a lifelong Holliston resident passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham on Monday, November 25, 2013. She was a graduate of Holliston High School, attended Green Mountain College, VT and was a graduate of Chandler Secretarial School. She worked in the banking field for many years. She loved spending time with family and friends and especially loved spending winters in St. Louis with her daughter, which she did for many years. She was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Ruth Locke, also lifelong Holliston residents. She was the sister of the late Frank R "Dick" Locke (Yvette) of Agawam and Cape Cod and the sister of the later John T "Jack" Locke (Gail) of Milford. She was the loving mother of Julie C. McCann of St Louis, Missouri and Scott S. McCann of Columbus, Ohio. She also leaves four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends. A private service will be held under the care of Chesmore Funeral Home on December 14, 2013. Donations may be made in her memory to St. Patrick's Manor 863 Central St, Framingham, MA 01701. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Patrick's Manor for their dedicated and loving care.

Dearest Sue, you are now with Dee. Thank you for being my baby sitter when I and my siblings were young. Thank you for showing us how to make rugs and home made snow. You will be missed . Love Dawn

Julie you are in my heart and I will be continuing in prayer for you. One thing I know for sure is your mother definitely knows how much you love her. She will be missed but you can carry her with you in the many blessed memories you have with her. I love you my dear Friend!
