Kristin Cook Obituary

Kristin M. Cook, of Norfolk, where she lived most of her life, died suddenly, Nov. 14, 2010, the day before her 27 birthday. Born in Weymouth, she was the loving daughter of Leon A. and Helen (Shute) Cook of Norfolk. She is survived by many loving relatives and friends. Kristin was a 2002 graduate of King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham, and earned her English Literature degree from Rhode Island College in 2007. Currently she was employed as a scheduler for Simplex-Grinnell in Rhode Island. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, macrame and travel. She also held a Master Seamstress license and worked part-time with KMK Cleaners in Westwood as a seamstress. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 at 1p.m. at the R. J. Ross Funeral Home, 135 South St., Wrentham. Visiting hours at the Funeral Home will be on Friday afternoon, from 4-8 p.m., relatives and friends kindly invited. Burial will be in Norfolk Cemetery in Norfolk. Additional information and an online guestbook may be found at www.rjrossfuneralhomeinc.com

Dear Leon and Helen, please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your daughter Kristin. No parent should ever have to deal with the loss of a child. My heart goes out to you both.
