passed away at the age of 91 on Aug. 12, 2021 peacefully in his residence of 63 years surrounded by caring family and cherished health care providers. He is survived by his wife Ellen of 67 years, their six children: Julie Holway-Hansen & husband Steve, Suzanne Holway-Jerry & husband Mark, Cammy T. Moraros & husband Nick, Amy Holway-Self & husband Doug, Daniel Holway & wife Antonia, Joanna H. Wood -Ward & late husband Richard Wayne; an older brother Sterling "Bud" Holway & his 5 children; 9 grandchildren: Adam, Alex, Sam, Mollie, Sadie, Ivy Anna, Kathyrn, Hayden & Ethan & their respective spouses; and 5 great-grandchildren: Abel, Richard, Willow, Madeleine & Hannah. A semi-private invitational graveside memorial service in Riverside Cemetery, Yarmouth, ME is planned for a later date. So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I remember riding in the wagon attached to his tractor.. It seemed like he was having as much fun as we were. My sincere condolences.
