I also graduted HW class of '71 with Bobby. I remember a sweet, kind and funny boy who blushed when he talked to a pretty girl.
My sympathies to his family.

Dear Millie and Sharon and family,

I was so very sorry to hear about Bobby's death. I read LeeAnn's message and thought she captured many of our collective childhood memories and our shared coming of age experiences. For me, Bobby was the older brother I never had, voice of experience, secret heart-throb, and friend. I don't think I ever completely outgrew my adolescent crush on him, and I can't think of him without that song running through my mind. It's been years since we last saw each other (that may have been at Mary Beth's wedding), but I will miss his presence. I am so very sorry for your loss.

I am so saddened by the passing of Bob.Sooo many fond memories. From 12 years old on the T's swing set to the comforting words to each other of our parents passing. All the inbetweens- laughter, smiles, sharing, crying, comforting. "Bobby's Girl",The Sugar Cube Conspiracy, slip'n slide, the drive in, Lodges Beach, Sue and Gary, the minstrel show, your mom's water ballet, Disney on that crazy business trip to Florida. My heart will always hold these times so close. We truely, truely were just great friends. Till we meet again.

I have many fond memories of Bob at HWRHS who was a classmate of mine in the Class of 1971. Although I have not seen Bob for several years, I will remember him as a special person and more importantly a class act. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family.

I wish I could have gotten to know your father, more. But he must have been a great guy because he has an amazing daughter. Love you Lindsay.

My sincerest sympathy to Bobby's family also. I grew up in Hamilton with Bobby and I graduated from Ham-Wen Reg H/S with him in 1971. Unfortunately we had not seen each other for a while but he was very close to my brother Bill. When I think of Bobby I remember a very nice guy and I am sadden that I won't see him at our next reunion. He, and his family, will be included in my prayers.
