To the Family of Barbara Meehan---I think your Mother truly loved everyone she ever met! Her presence was felt everywhere----from the schools in Cohasset to many South Shore pools where she attended your swim meets! She always had a kind word for everyone and was fervently interested in hearing of all children's successes----cheering everyone on!!I send my prayers and love to you at this sad time of a great loss!!xox Faith E. So sorry to hear of Barbara"s passing. I was fortunate enough to care for her @ MGH over the course of her illness and so enjoyed her stories and remembrances of her past.
She was a wonderful story teller and we shared many of the same interests . She now is free from suffering!
God Bless you all.

I was very sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. Although I have not seen her for many years there are wondeful memories of her boating out of Tern Harbor Marina in Weymouth. Always with a smile she would ask for my kids and update me on hers. Nana would sit in the car while Barbara chatted. She was a good, kind soul and I smile when I think or her, Nana and Larry. Please accept my condolences

I am very sorry to learn of Barbara's passing. She was a very kind and supportive volunteer in the Cohasset Public Schools over the many years her children attended Cohasset Public Schools. Your wonderful, intelligent mother was also devoted to excellence in education. She was always the parent who made teaching a joy for so many of us in the Cohasset schools. I remember her many kindnesses and her devotion to Dawn, Bobby, and Jen. She made the world a better place. My deepest sympathy to you all.
