Keith David Foskitt, 54, of Westford MA, passed away on July 11, 2021, after ongoing health issues. Keith was born March 3, 1967 and grew up in Billerica MA, the son of Gordon and Geraldine (Proctor) Foskitt. He graduated from Shawsheen Technical School for design drafting, and was employed by Abbott Laboratories where he designed surgical equipment (one of his favorite experiences) and blood-glucose meters. He was then employed by BAE Systems where both his drafting and people skills resulted in the opportunity to lead a design team. In his earlier days Keith enjoyed riding horses. Later he became an avid gardener who loved to create his relaxing backyard oasis. He enjoyed singing tenor in various community choral groups, and unremittingly lived for Broadway musical theatre. He frequented trips to Europe Switzerland with his husband and dear friends was a favorite, as well as seeing longtime dear friends in England, and husband's family in Germany. Trips to York and Ogunquit, ME were favorite perennial visits, and Washington D.C. inspired him as a proud American. He is predeceased by his father and mother, his brother Kenneth of Danville NH and his brother Kevin of Moultonborough NH. He is survived by husband Jeffrey Gage of Westford MA, sister Karen Foskitt of Lowell MA, and loving and caring cousins, relatives, friends and co-workers, too numerous to list. Memorial gifts may be made to his favorite charity, the MSPCA.

To Jeff with love... Why I will always remember Keith. I have been on the periphery of your circle of friends for more decades than I care to count. We had not seen each other in quite some time. I was running errands at Walmart when I saw this handsome man coming towards me. Keith had a huge smile on his face and folded me into a bear hug. His sunny smile and warm hug will stay with me forever. My heart aches for your loss... Yet rejoices for the memories.

My sincere condolences to you Jeff, and to the Foskitt family. It was clear by his Facebook posts that Keith appreciated the small things, like the wildlife that would show up in his yard, and knew what was most important in life. May he rest in peace.

Keith was a great worker and loyal American. His passion for the weather and fauna will always be a great memory of mine, along with his passion for Jeff's food.

Jeff, our deepest condolences, our thoughts and prayers are with you. I have fond memories of you both from chorus so many years ago. The process of grieving is different for everyone yet has certain elements that are the same: I wish you find you feet quickly within the turmoil of the waves of emotions(some of them can cause one to tumble), feeling the sun shine upon you and the knowledge that you are not alone - ever. Peace, light and love to you.

Jeff, words are not enough, but I know wherever he is, Keith will always be with you. I am keeping you and the family in my thoughts and prayers. Sending you hugs and much Love. Keith You will always hold a special place in my soul. I will keep you close and hold onto memories of dinner and Cosmos with the boys, chatting about what has been going on since last we met, accidentally video chatting you from the bathroom stall, talking about trips you've taken, reminiscing about cute boys from school, and our love of music and theatre. Rest easy My Tin Man with a Heart of Gold. Love Always, Your Dorothy

There was no time to say goodbye. But this I ask - please do not cry. Remember me as you think best. Remember the happy times, but forget the rest. Look for me and I'll be there, And you will find me everywhere: In the gentle touch of the breeze That cools the skin or swirls the leaves. In the scent and color of flowers That gave me such happy hours. On sunny days, under sunny skies of blue, Just think of me, I'll be with you. In winter when there's cloud or mist, The rain will give to you my kiss. As wood smoke lingers in the air, Look for me and I'll be there. Where seagulls cry above the sea And surf rolls in so endlessly. Among towering trees that soar above, In all these things that I once loved. Look for me and I'll be there. You'll feel my presence EVERYWHERE!

When words are all I have to give.

My mind is flooded with memories of your laugh, your smile
My heart contracts with the sorrow of your passing
And swells with joy your existence gave me
You have reached the end of your tomorrows
While mine must continue without you
The tears in my eyes are not the spill of sadness at your going
But an overflowing of my love for you that stays
And through all the days to come
Every beat of my heart
Will bear the echo of yours

Rest, dear Keith, you were and are loved. You will be missed.
