Kenneth E. Wormald
Kenneth E. Wormald, of Halifax, formerly of Weymouth, passed away Jan. 24, 2012, at the age of 67. Ken worked as a pipefitter for 40 years as a member of UA Local 51. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener. Beloved husband of 47 years to Brenda (DeGazio) Wormald. Loving father of Edgar Wormald and wife Melanie Cobb of Stoughton, Cynthia Wormald of Kingston, Matthew Wormald and wife Julie of Halifax, and Pamela Whiting and husband Tim of Plymouth. Brother of David Wormald of Rockland, Brent Wormald of ME, and the late Lee Wormald. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Visiting hours were held Friday 3-7 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home, South Weymouth at 809 Main St., (Rte. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital), Weymouth. A funeral service was celebrated Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Ken's memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
