Deborah Lynch Obituary

Deborah Sue (Grimes) Lynch, 69, of Bridgewater, passed away, Friday December 21, 2018 at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. She was the wife of Joseph Fahy of Bridgewater. Born and raised in Athol, a daughter of the late Howard W. and Barbara L. (Brown) Grimes, she was a graduate of Athol High School. Deborah continued her education at Bridgewater State College earning a Bachelors in Education and advanced her studies at Lesley College earning a Masters Degree in Education. Deborah was employed by the Town of Carver as an elementary school teacher and taught kindergarten at the Erwin K. Washburn Elementary School. She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Devoted to her family her hobbies included gardening and yoga. In addition to her husband Joseph, she is survived by a daughter, Kelly A. MacLean of Easton and her children Riley MacLean and Connor MacLean of Easton; she was also the sister of Dorinda Grimes of Texas. and Wayne Grimes of Athol. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 10 a.m. to noon in Kane Funeral Home and Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte.138), Easton.
