Aphrodite Adamopoulos
Aphrodite Adamopoulos, 96, of Marlborough, died Sunday, May 30, 2021 at UMass Memorial - Marlborough Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Kostas and Domenina (Alexander) Adamopoulos and sister of the late Fotini Adamopoulos. A graduate of Marlborough High School, she went on to become a bank teller at Peoples National Bank, where she worked until her retirement. Aphrodite is survived by her cousin, Mary (Athas) Georgian of Worcester, and her nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held at Sts. Anargyroi Greek Orthodox Church, located at 9 Central Street, Marlborough, MA 01752 from 10-10:45am followed by a funeral service at 11:00am in the church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
