I miss Helen, my Greek language has suffered greatly since she departed. She was a wonderful teacher and inspiration to me. It wasn't just the language, it was culture and religion. I am very grateful.

Helen was always so well dressed. I had to step up my game to be with her. She was fun.

One very hot August day in York,ME, I heard the front door bell ring. Not really thinking I was dressed for entertaining I answered the door. There stood Helen looking cool and crisp as a cucumber. I tried not to show my embarrassment at my shabby pajamas. She asked for a recipe I had used. I was then flattered. After, inviting her in, she left recipe in hand and floated down the road. She was a great neighbor.

We celebrate Helen's life everytime we walk into our living room. She gave us a small portait of Venice. It was soon after I began Greek school. Wonderful memoies. Love Chuck and Leslie Bergin

She was our story teller. She was our family's historian. I could listen to Thea Helen talk for hours, not matter the subject, she always had my attention. Something my family struggles with even to this day, is getting little Jimmy to sit still and listen. Such a wonderful life she lived. Such a wonderful legacy and impact she had on so many people. My condolences to the family.

Helen was an amazing woman. Wheneverwe were able to visit New England, we were thankful we were able to see her with George and Will. She wasalways kind, encouraging, and vibrant. We loved to hearthe history and genealogy of our families. She simply sparkled with enthusiasm all the time. We send our deepest sympathy at this difficult time.

I have known Helen since I was 4. I am now 65. Our street in Maine had quite a history. Helen was a large part of that. RIP love Chuck

I will miss my private Greek School on Sundays this summer. Helen was very particular with pronunciation. I was getting quite good, and she made sure of it. Every moment I sat and listened was such a gift. She made the most of every minute of life. My husband, Chuck and myself will miss her greatly. Love and kisses Leslie
