John A. Nickerson

John A. Nickerson, of Plymouth, died Oct. 31 in his home. John was the beloved husband of the late Marjorie S (Hathaway). Loving father of Darlene C. Nickerson of Plymouth, Rodman E. Nickerson of Plymouth and the late Linda Nickerson. Grandfather of Rhonda, Joe, Jenny, John, Mark and Jo-Ann. Great-grandfather of 15. Born in Plymouth September 21, 1914, a son of the late John C. and Junie May (Swift) Nickerson. He attended Plymouth Schools. John owned and operated Gilbert Trout Hatchery in Plymouth. Funeral Service were on Friday, Nov. 4, at 10 a.m. in the Chiltonville Church, River St., Plymouth. Visiting hours were in the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 4 - 7 p.m. Burial in Chiltonville Cemetery.
