Mark D. Baler

1943 - 2021

Mark David Baler, (1943-2021), a Plymouth native living in Solomons, MD for the past 14 years, passed surrounded by his family on August 7, 2021. Mark is survived by his wife Marilyn (Doherty) of 51 years, his son Jeffrey, wife Paige of Oceanside, CA, his daughter, Lauren Bren, husband John of Huntingtown, MD, and his brother and wife, the Honorable and Mrs. Gregory R. Baler of Sagamore Beach and their son Adam of Plymouth. Mark is predeceased by his parents Edward and Adele (Cohen). He loved his children and especially adored his grandchildren Nathan, Graham and Emily Baler of Oceanside, CA and Madelyn, Theodore and Patrick Bren of Huntingtown, MD. Mark was a smart man, serving in the Army National Guard, a career real estate broker in Plymouth for many years, owning his own real estate company. He was always an avid Patriots fan, enjoyed fishing, completed many sudoku and crossword puzzles, and loved looking out at the ocean. A small private service will be held in September in East Bridgewater, MA.
