Eleanor H. Bouldry
1925 - 2019
Eleanor H. Bouldry, 94, of Brewster, MA passed away peacefully on September 7, 2019 at Maplewood at Brewster. She was the wife of the late William W. Bouldry who died in 2001. Born in Boston, MA on July 30, 1925, Eleanor was the daughter of the late Edward E. and Lucy (Hainsworth) Havey. She graduated from Roslindale High School. Before moving to The Woodlands in Brewster, Eleanor resided in Dover, MA for 64 years. While a resident of Dover, Eleanor raised three children and was involved in numerous community organizations. Eleanor worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter at Frank A. Morrill, Inc. in Norwood for over 20 years. She went back to school and earned her associates degree from Mass Bay Community College at the age of 59. Eleanor had a great love of literature and enjoyed traveling. Throughout her long life, Eleanor never lost her sweet disposition, positive attitude, and sense of humor. In addition to her husband, Eleanor was predeceased by her sister, Carol N. Mason of Hyannis. Eleanor was also predeceased by her son, Bru- ce Bouldry of Rockport, ME who passed away only 5 wee- ks before her. She is survived by her daughter, Janice McGann and her husband, Bob, of Brewster; her daughter, Karen Cook, and her husband, Wyatt, of Crofton, MD; three grandchildren: Lauren, Lindsay, and Emily; two great grandchildren: Matthew and Avery; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at The Woodlands, Maplewood at Brewster, and Broad Reach Hospice for their exceptional care and personal attention. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, November 9th at 1:00 PM at the Dover Church, 17 Springdale Ave., Dover. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Family Support Center, 2095 Main St., Brewster, MA 02631.

To the family,

We knew Eleanor and Bill for many years at The Dover Church. they were both wonderful friends and we miss them. Although we never met their children, we send our sympathy to you.
