Ruth Kellogg Obituary
Mrs. Kellogg was born in St. Louis, MO, on January 10, 1941, the eldest child of George J. and Dorothy Dillon Fos ter. She attended public schools in Missouri and Texas and worked for Monsanto Corp. for several years. She was a devoted homemaker to her two children, David and Leslie.
Mrs. Kellogg was pre deceased by her parents, husband Paul Kellogg, daughter Leslie Cohen, sister Carmen Ran dolph and two brothers, George (Joe) Foster and Jarrett (Jarry) Foster. She is survived by one brother John Foster of Carthage, TX, her son David Latimer and his wife Sandra of Allegan, four grandchildren, Nova and Kalee Latim er and Max and Ilana Cohen, plus numerous nieces and nephews.
