Alan Mateo Beers, a cherished individual known for his strong, loving, caring, and humorous personality, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 in Williston, ND.
Alan was born on September 4, 1964 in Bellevue, NE. Growing up and throughout his life, he loved sports, playing guitar and making others laugh and feel loved. He was an avid football fan and his favorite team has always been the Minnesota Vikings. Alan graduated from Northwood Highschool in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1982 and soon after joined the Marines where he served for four honorable years. Alan was a friend to everyone he met. During the last nine years, Alan worked with Kinder Morgan in North Dakota as an Equipment and Controls Technician. He had a strong bond with his Kinder Morgan family, and will be sorely missed by all.
Alan was predeceased by his father and step-mother, John and Marion Beers; and by his mother, Maria Yanez-Sedeno Ozon; his step-son, John; brother, Daniel; step-brothers, Bobby and Melvin; and stepsisters, Renee and Shelia.
Alan is survived by his wife, Ranshen Day; children, Queen Matea, Samantha, Joey, JB, Kenneth; step children, Francine, Mikee, Denzel, Gayle, Tom, Gwen, and Mandy; brother, Joe; sister, Linda; stepbrother, Bryant; stepsisters, Kathy and Mig; and former spouse, Donna.
Alan is a good SON, a good BROTHER, a good FRIEND, a great FATHER, and a great HUSBAND. He will be greatly missed.
In keeping with Alan's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home, and no services for Alan will be held at this time.
