Andy Seiber Obituary

Andy JR "AJ" Seiber, 81, passed peacefully at his home on November 3, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. He was born July 11, 1944, in Devonia, Tennessee.
Andy worked for the Union City Body Company and the Union City Street Department before retiring. He enjoyed fishing and instilled that love in his children, grandchildren, and brother-in-law, David Thomason. He also loved spending time with his family, playing cards, bird watching, and gardening.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Josie Seiber; sister, Patsy Bell; brothers-in-law, Tim Harness, Ray Seeber, and Greg Bell; and nephew, Jamie Ray Seeber.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 56 years, Louise Clara (Thomason); three children, Tammy (Mike) Poling of Versailles, OH; Chuck Seiber of Union City, OH; and Jennifer Seiber of Union City, IN; grandson, Jacob (Courtney) Poling of Versailles, OH; and granddaughter, Natalie Seiber of Union City, OH.
Surviving siblings, all of Tennessee, include: Ruby Harness; Ina (Nick) Nix; Mary Seeber; Martha (Clif) Partin; David Seiber; Edna Edwards; Janet Daugherty Smith; Judy Daugherty; Becky (Clayton) Brown; and Tammy (Dewayne) Kennedy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving are in-laws: Ellen Kissinger, James (Theresa) Thomason, Ray Thomason, Terri (Will) Alexander, Rick (Tina) Thomason, and David (Greta) Thomason and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to Reid Health Hospice.
