I have such fond memories of Dr. Ellington from my days at NGC and afterwards as we met at alumni functions and business school functions. His wit made it fun to come to come to class. A high point of my college career was when he awarded me one of his attaboy certificates.

My prayers are with the Ellington family and the NGC community as we remember a great friend and mentor.

We send our sympathy and prayers to the Ellington family. We met Al and Billy Jean at Clemmons UMC and only knew them around a year. Al and his wife were the nicest and friendliest couple we have ever met. We loved listening to their great stories of their life. He will be missed! Love, Jim and Judy Campbell
