DURHAM - Alyssa Kenley Thompson died Monday, Nov. 17, 2003. Alyssa was born Friday, Nov. 14, 2003, to Jennifer Holland Thompson and Dr. David Thompson, who survive her. She is also survived by her 4-year-old sister, Raegan; her grandparents, Lea and David Thompson of Greensboro and Teresa and Perry Creed of Rural Hall; and an aunt, Lea Anne Thompson, of Greensboro. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, in the chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service in Durham, with the Rev. Robin Dixon officiating. The family will receive visitors following the service. Donations in Alyssa's memory may be made to Duke Children's Hospital or N.C. Children's Hospital.
