I am so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. What a great neighbor that he and Kathleen were to me during my time living across the street. We will miss him. Rest in peace my friend.

I have never heard Charlie say an unkind word about anyone and the one time he slipped and said a cuss word in front of me, he called later to apologize. He was one of the few that gave his support and encouragement to me when I was assigned to a fire station as a PSO and later as a full time firefighter. Charlie will be missed at any and all FD functions. He attended them all. Love you Charlie.
