Dear Jerry,
You are already missed by us. You were a wonderful neighbor and friend. You were a GrandFather figure to our son, and Jared will miss those walks with you. We will all miss your sharp mind, wit, & wisdom. But most of all, we will miss a great neighbor and close friend.
It is our hope that you are with our Lord Jesus in heaven. We continue to pray for comfort for those loved ones whom you left behind. And hopefully, Governor, we will some day see you in heaven. That is our prayer.
"For it is for this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers." [1 Tim. 4:10].
