Sandy, Kim and family: I am so sorry for your loss. Harvey always made me laugh when I would call and he would answer the phone. I am so sorry that he and I never got to have that Big Mac together. I pray for all of you and may God bless and keep you. Love you all so much.

Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to meet Harvey, but would have loved to. I am however very good friends with his daughter Kim and her husband, and if they can raise such a beautiful person that I've grown to love so much, then he must have been a wonderful man. I hope that you all can somehow find peace and comfort knowing that he's with God now and flying with the angels!!

Gray and all the Bates family, I remember the last time I saw Harvey was when we had such a tragid loss in our family. He was in good spirits even though he was going through so much himself. But wasn't that just like him. May God Bless You and help you through this trying time.

I grew up workig with Harvey in tobacco. Harvey was a good person and he came from a hard working family and I often miss the good times and work ethic that came from rural life. May God richly bless his family during this difficult time.
