She was a member of the Nurses Board, the missionary ministry, A Lifetime and the Deaconess Board before her health failed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and George Frazier. She leaves not to mourn but to cherish the memories her adopted family, Dr. and Mrs. H.L. Moore of Winston-Salem, whom she loved; three adopted granddaughters who she adored, Mrs. Annette David, Mrs. Thelma Thompson and Ms. Felecia Simmons, all of Winston-Salem; two nieces, Pricilla and Vickie Frazier; and a host of other extended family members, cousins, friends and admirers. A homegoing celebration will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, with Pastor A.T. Griffey II officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be from noon to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. The funeral procession will leave from the home of Dr. and Mrs. H.L. Moore at 11:40 a.m. en route to the church.
