MAYODAN - Ida Mae Manring Sizemore, 63, of 304 G Oakwood Manor in Mayodan died Monday, June 27, 2005. Mrs. Sizemore was born Dec. 10, 1941, in Stokes County to the late Buford Bailey Manring and the late Nancy Rominger Manring. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and a very giving person. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Sanders Sizemore; sister Thelma Hicks; and great-grandson Jason Tyler Sizemore. She is survived by her sons, Jimmy "Sandy" (Connie) Sizemore Jr. of Walnut Cove and Keith (Marie) Sizemore of Madison; brother J.B. (Betty) Manring of Pine Hall; sisters Nancy Moore, Sara Sizemore and Linda Pennell, all of Pine Hall; five grandchildren, W. Keith Sizemore Jr., C. Jason Sizemore, Adam Sizemore, Margaret Sizemore and Becky Sizemore; three great-grandchildren, Ashley, Hailie and Hannah Sizemore; and many special nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 30, at Pine Hall Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Sexton Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today, June 29, at Colonial Funeral Home and all other times at the home of Keith Sizemore, 1221 Odell St., Madison. Colonial Funeral Home of Madison is serving the Sizemore family.
