I am so sorry for your loss of Matthew. My daughter, Adison is friends with Jordan and she was upset at his passing. I cannot imagine what you are feeling, but I know God is holding you close and feels your pain. May your faith comfort you and help you at this sad time in your lives. I didn't know Matthew nor the family. But my thoughts and prayers are with each of you. I learned of his passing at our Youth Group at Union Grove Baptist Church on Wed. I can't imagine your pain but I am praying for God's strength and comfort at this time. We will never understand the "whys" but know that God knows and God is the only one who can offer the peace and understanding that we all need. My family is praying for each of you, today as your bury your son and for each passing day. May God Bless You and give you peace.

Dear Jack, Cyndi and family,
My grandson is Lance Dodson and he really thinks the world of Matthew. He sure did admire Matthew's talent for skateboarding!! Lance loved the times that you all had him over and likes to tell the story of Matthew cooking hot dogs and making milkshakes. I will never forget when I took Matthew and Lance for Mexican food and they pigged out! I so enjoyed watching them chow down that food! Matthew was always so respectful to me and I loved his smile and twinkling eyes! Lance and I will never forget him! Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with all of you. I can't imagine the pain of losing a child and grandchild and brother. May God's love and peace comfort you during this time and for always.

I did not know Matt other than seeing him on his skateboard in the neighborhood and helping catch your little dog "the escape artist". My son is a Junior at West. My heart aches for the pain you must be enduring. Thoughts and Prayers with your family.
