To the Family,
Richard was such a joy to be around, I remember meeting him for the first time, he came walking up the driveway of my sisters house with the cutiest little boy, his son Carson. He was such a proud father. As I got to know Richard better, I realized he was a wonderful father, he never let his eye off Carson, he was always watching and protecting him, not only Carson but any other kid playing, I remember the kids swimming and I needed to go inside, I looked around to see who I could trust to watch my son for a minute and of course I chose Richard. I knew my son was in safe hands. Thanks Richard for watching my son in the pool that day and thanks for showing the world there are wonderful dads in this world.
You will be missed.

Richard was the kind of person you could always depend on for a smile, for a humorous "lighten up guys" when we needed it most. We will remember Richard most for his love for his son, Carson.
