Sarah Helen Cash Byerly

BYERLY Mrs. Sarah Helen Cash Byerly, 82, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County to the late James Lee Cash and Frances Cook Cash. Mrs. Byerly was an active member of Advent Moravian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Norman Creth Byerly; and a sister, Ruth Cline. She is survived by three sons, the Rev. Wayne Byerly and wife Pat of Bethania; the Rev. Timothy Byerly and wife Wanda of Mayodan; and David Byerly and wife Gina of Pfafftown; and six grandchildren, Mark Byerly (Tammie), Wendy Byerly Wood (Johnnie III), Tammy Byerly Flynt (Andy), Nathan Byerly (Kelly), Bryan Byerly (Artemis) and Jennifer Byerly. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ora Mae Gibson. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, at Advent Moravian Church, with the Rev. Dan Conrad and the Right Rev. Lane Sapp officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 2, 2008, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to Advent Moravian Church, 1514 W.
