Sinclair Crowder Obituary

CROWDER SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio - Sinclair Robinson Crowder, 90, beloved mother of Jean M. Bradley of Shaker Heights and Willie S. Robinson Jr. (deceased), died Monday, Dec. 24, 2007, in Ohio. Grandmother of Stephanie Pickett and Kevin Robinson of Winston-Salem, N.C.; Kelly Robinson (Monique) of Garner, N.C.; and Herlinda Bradley-McDowell of Cleveland; she is additionally survived by great-grandchildren Olivia Dana McDowell of Cleveland and Tyler Christian and Christa Mathews Robinson of Garner; nieces Nettie Dixon of Indianapolis, Ind., and Willie Mae Robinson, Dr. Janice Coleman and Lorraine Rorie (Henry Thomas) of Winston-Salem; nephews Dr. John Feemster (Heidi) of Detroit, Mich., and James Rousseau (Jean) and William Robinson of Winston-Salem; cousins Thelma Jenkins, Gertie M. Mack and James Mack (Dollye) of Winston-Salem; daughter-in-law Blanche Robinson of Winston-Salem; loving in-laws Raymond Crowder (Lena), Rayonette Crowder, Jeannette Lewis and Flonnie Anderson (Rudy); and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at New Bethel Baptist Church, 1016 N. Trade St., followed by a homegoing service at noon. Interment will be in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made at www.hooperfuneralhome.net.
