Dennis Radtke Obituary
July 27, 1939 - November 25, 2025
Dennis Robert Radtke, RPh, passed away at Randolph Health Services on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the age of 86.
He was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., on July 27, 1939, to Gustave and Kathryn (Thomm) Radtke.
Dennis graduated from Portage High School in 1957 and Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1961 where he met his wife, Patsy Ann Jurgensen. They were married on September 5, 1959, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dennis practiced pharmacy with his father, Gustave Radtke, RPh, at Service Drug in Portage, Wis., before opening Randolph Pharmacy in 1967 and operated it until retiring in 2005.
Throughout his life he enjoyed golfing, bowling, and spending time at our beloved family cottage on Silver Lake in Wautoma, Wis.
Dennis was instrumental in building Continental Manor in Randolph in 1972.
Dennis is lovingly survived by his three children, Kathy (Steve) Jagow, Mark Radtke and Dan (Dee) Radtke; four grandsons, Andy (Caitlin) Jagow, Ben (Jacqueline) Jagow, Cody (Tam) Radtke and Adam (Rachel) Radtke; five great grandchildren, Colton, Cameryn, Cecelia, Eleanor and Everyly Jagow; one sister, Jennie Levi, of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Patsy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Columbia County Humane Society, N7768 Industrial Rd, Portage, WI 53901.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Randolph Community Funeral Home, 208 South High Street, Randolph, WI 53956.
A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Randolph Community Funeral Home with Pastor Anthony Straseske officiating.
Burial will take place at Randolph Cemetery.
