NEW LISBON - Dracen Brabant, age 11, of rural New Lisbon, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at American Family Children's Hospital–Madison surrounded by his loving family.
A funeral service for Dracen was held at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Conway-Picha Funeral Home. Visitation was from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM.
Dracen was born on August 27, 2012, in La Crosse, WI. Dracen enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his parents.
Whenever Dracen had free time, he was out hunting or fishing or riding his minibike. He loved sports and was very active playing football and wrestling and placed in the top two on the podium for all his wrestling matches. He loved to be outside with his siblings and friends in the neighborhood. He loved going to the nearby pond to catch tadpoles, frogs, and turtles. He loved playing "Fortnite" with his dad and friends and "Hunter Call of the Wild" with his mom and dad.
Dracen is survived by his loving family, Mom and Dad, Kimberly Brabant and Jessie Beenken; his brothers: Corvair, Mikey and Blake; his sisters: Silairah, Chevelle, Cheyenne and Leah. He is further survived by his grandparents: John and Laura Brabant, Kevin and Andrea Beenken; his aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
