BEAVER DAM - Sally Jean Adam, 83, of Beaver Dam, WI, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 14, 2025 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam WI.
A visitation for Sally will be held on Friday, November 21, from 10:00 a.m. – Noon at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. A funeral service will begin at Noon with Rev. Mark Runke and Rev. Randy Carey officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Beaver Dam.
