Mary Pyfrom Obituary
Mary D. Pyfrom, age 94, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin passed away Thursday October 27, 2016 at Our House Assisted Living on 16th Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
No services will be held at this time.
Mary was born on September 6, 1922 in Marblehead, MA to the late Charles A. and Else T. (Boehmer) Bright. She married Stanley C. Pyfrom on July 23, 1942 in Washington, DC. He preceded her in death in 2000. Mary worked as a secretary for Colorado Gas and Electric for many years, retiring in 1990.
Mary traveled all over the world while her husband was in the military. She believed in having respect for other cultures and had a special place in her heart for Paris and Marblehead, MA.
Mary is survived by her sons George (Gail) Pyfrom of California, Greg (Gwen) Pyfrom of California, Flip (Angelique) Pyfrom of Florida and Patrick (Jamie) Pyfrom of Colorado; daughter Gaylee Warner of Wisconsin Rapids and former son-in-law Joseph Leazott of Wisconsin Rapids.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Stanley, sister Alice and brother Bud.
Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids is assisting the family.
