Richard Miller Obituary
Wisconsin Rapids - Richard R. Miller, 60, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018, at Aspirus Riverview Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 3, 1957, in Wisconsin Rapids, to the late Russell and Belva (Morey) Miller, and had worked on oil rigs in Oklahoma, and also worked for Brunkow Hardwood in Nelson, Wisconsin, and Hamel Forest Products in Vesper. In 2012, he retired to Wisconsin Rapids.
His interests included gardening, fishing and hunting with his family.
Richard is survived by his brothers, Ross (Linda) Miller of Wisconsin Rapids, Ray (Linda) Miller of Nelson, and Russell (Lori) Miller, Jr. of Wisconsin Rapids; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Kris Stolp.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his sister, Rhonda Cole; and brothers, Randy and Roger Miller.
The family gives a special thanks to the staff at Renaissance Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids for their care of Richard.
The Celebration of Life gathering for Richard will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2018, at the Wisconsin Rapids Lions Club, 3331 10th Street South in Wisconsin Rapids.

So sorry to hear about Rick. Spent my teenage years hanging with him, Roger, and Rhonda. Condolences to Ricks family.

So very sorry to hear about Rick's passing. He certainly was a good friend & we shared many laughs & stories. We got to know some of his family members & friends from Rapids as well. I hope to find some Point beer in this area in honor of his memory.

RIP (OL BLUE Eyes) hard-working, quick to bring a smile or joke to brighten up the room! Yet he always stood his ground! He was a Friend from school 40 some years ago. May the good memories Live on. My prayers go to his family at this difficult time..
