Auclair, Romilda "Middi"

Romilda "Middi" Auclair, age 69 of 1111 Church Avenue, Town of Saratoga, WI, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Harmony Living Center in Wisconsin Rapids.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. Sahayanathan Nathan will officiate, burial will take place in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery in Plainfield, WI. Visitation will be held on Friday at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and again on Saturday at the Church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Middi was born March 18, 1944 in Kiel, WI to the late John and Anna (Schicker) Krutzik Sr. She married Robert Auclair on May 30, 1964 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Plainfield, WI. Middi earned her Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from Mid-State Tech in Stevens Point and was employed by Family Heritage. She also worked in many telemarketing and sales positions and was a licensed Realtor/Broker in Wisconsin Rapids.

Middi's family meant the world to her, and she was always there for her children and grandchildren. She loved to sew, garden, travel and spend her winters in the beautiful Texas sunshine. She had an amazing sense of love and compassion for children, and her smile and laugh will be missed by all.

She is survived by her husband Robert Auclair of Town of Saratoga, WI, Sons; Jim Auclair of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Ron (Sally) Auclair of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, daughter Sandy (Rob) Huber of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; Brothers; Jerry Krutzik of Howards Grove, WI, John Krutzik Jr. of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Robert Krutzik of Neenah, WI, Sister Rose Newman of Plainfield, WI, Grandchildren Matt Auclair, Mark (Trina) Auclair, Melinda (Scott) Bernhardt, Dylan Huber, Dayna Huber, Jessica Auclair, Myles Auclair, Great-Grandchildren Alexcia Engle, Mason Auclair and Many Nieces and Nephews.

Middi was preceded in death by her parents, sister Esther Reineck, brothers Elmer and Martin Krutzik.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Harmony Living Center for the friendly atmosphere and their caring support and compassion, and a special "Thank You" to Kathleen and Shannon with Aspirus Hospice.

A memorial will be established with the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in her name.
