Jonathan Sexton Obituary

Jonathan "John" Thomas Sexton, 50, of Blanchester, went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2018 surrounded by family.

He was born December 13, 1967 in Wilmington, son of Rodney and Carole Sexton.

John was a devoted father and husband, a faithful member of the Bible Baptist Church, and a longtime Martial Arts Instructor.

He was the beloved husband of 15 years to Carrie (nee Evans) Sexton; loving father of Talon, Hannah, and Issabella Sexton; dear brother of Dan Sexton, Matt Sexton, Michael Sexton, Laurie Varney, and Rachel Fountain; and also survived by many friends and loved ones.

John was preceded in death by his mother, Carole Sexton.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 6 from 6-8 p.m. at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7 at the funeral home.

Interment will take place at Jefferson Township Cemetery, Westboro.
