CARLISLE, PA - Alan David Beauregard, 72, of Carlisle, PA, passed away at home on May 20th, 2025. Alan was the husband of Christine Kula Beauregard and were married August 4th, 1984. He was born November 6th, 1952, in Pawtucket, RI, to the late Romeo J. Beauregard and Eunice (Bisnaire).

Besides his wife, Alan is survived by his sister, Lynn Tammany and her husband Patrick of Boynton Beach, Fl.

Alan graduated from St. Raphael Academy, Pawtucket, RI in 1970. He received a BA in English from Brown University in 1974. Alan graduated with a masters degree in Anthropology /Archaeology

from the State University of New York in Binghamton in 1985. Alan and his wife lived in Binghamton, NY, for 11 years before moving to Pennsylvania in 1993.

He worked as an Archaeologist for KCI Technologies (Mechanicsburg), and as a Supervisory Archaeologist for Navarro and Wright Consulting Engineers (New Cumberland). For a brief time, Alan had his own Archaeological consulting business. He has been retired since 2018.

Alan was a good, kind, and considerate person. He was very intellectual and spoke eloquently. He was always reading everything from history and current affairs to science fiction and sports. Alan had a huge comic book collection that he started while he was young. He also was a big collector of old movies.

After his retirement, he joined a writer's group that regularly meets at the Bosler Library in Carlisle. Alan enjoyed presenting his short stories to the group and discussing his and other participants work.

Alan was an avid sports fan. As a Rhode Island native, he remained loyal to the New England teams, the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics. He put together fantasy teams and enjoyed tracking their progress throughout the season.

I was friends with Alan at St. Rays from my freshman year when we were both student managers for the football team. I'll always remember Alan as bright, funny (maybe a little excessive with the puns) and very kind individual. May he rest in peace and his family be comforted by their memories.
