Constance C. Meotti

WOONSOCKET - Constance C. Meotti, 86, formerly of Crawford St. Woonsocket passed away peacefully on Saturday April 15, 2017 at The Friendly Home in Woonsocket. She was the loving wife of Hugo R. Meotti. They were married on April 15, 1950 in Precious Blood Church.
Born in Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Wilfrid and Leonodia (Landry) Biron. She was a lifelong resident of the city and a graduate of St. Clare High School Class of 1948.
Mrs. Meotti was dedicated to providing a loving home for her children and enjoyed activities and gathering with relative and friends.
Mr. & Mrs. Meotti shared 67 wonderful years together and it is of comfort to the family that she passed away on their wedding anniversary.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter Nancy M. Buckley and her husband, Edward, of North Attleboro. She was the mother of the late Ronald M. Meotti who passed away on June 13, 2013. She was the sister of Raymond Biron and Doris Perry both of North Smithfield and the late Annette Beaudreau. She is also survived by her grandchildren Anthony, Amy Buckley and Allison Buckley, great-grandchildren Anthony and Zachary and several nieces and nephews and their families.
Her funeral will be Friday at 9:00 am from the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are Thursday from 4-7 pm. www.menardfuneralhome.com
