Donald Gordon Obituary

PAWTUCKET - Donald Gordon, 91, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 18, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Gabrielle (Fortin) Gordon. They were happily married for 68 years. Born in Barrington, he was the son of the late Hector and Gertrude (Hussey) Gordon.
Donald was a navy veteran of World War II. He was a plant manager for Seekonk Lace for 40 years, retiring in 1996.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Thomas, Robert, Nancy, and Jeannie Gordon, his sister, Shirley Gray, five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Donald, Kenneth, and James Gordon and the brother of the late Kenneth Richard Gordon.
The funeral and burial at Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery will be private. Arrangements by Costigan - O'Neill Funeral Home, Pawtucket. www.oneillfuneralhomes.com
