George Ptaszek Obituary
George leaves behind his son, Michael Ptaszek and his wife Jennifer and their daughter, Sophia. Daughter, Markae Marfia and her husband Stephan and their daughter, Grace, a sister in law, Rachael Ptaszek and several nieces and nephews for whom he was so very grateful. He was the brother of the late Walter D, Joseph and Daniel
Ptaszek. George was an amazingly talented man, best known for his love of polka dancing, his work in toy design, car design, art and overall creative genious. George also leaves behind his precious dog "Dutchess"
Calling hours will be held Saturday, March 19th from noon till 3pm followed by a service at 3pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. For complete obituary visit www.thekeefefuneralhome.com

George was one of my most cherished mentors. He hired me at MAD East when I was a student. He then later rehired me as a designer. One of the best bosses you could ever ask for. George actually changed the course of my life. I used the skills in brainstorming and group work that he taught me for the rest of my career. I am so sorry to find out about his passing as this late date.
