Jan Sojka Obituary
Born in Dobrowa-Tarnowska, Poland he was a beloved son of the late Adam and Julia (Adamczyk) Sojka. He lived in Pawtucket for the past 45 years and was formerly of Central Falls.
Before retiring Jan was employed as a Bartender for the Pulaski Polish Home of Central Falls and prior to that he worked at A C S Manufacturing Co. of Woonsocket and the former Paulis Silk. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.
Jan is survived by two devoted sisters Bernice Wloch and her husband Joseph, Czeslawa "Cindy" Bies and her husband Wieslaw and one brother Wieslaw "Vinny" Sojka and his wife Debra all of Pawtucket.
His funeral will be held Saturday January 12, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
CALLING HOURS FRIDAY FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M.
