John O'Gara Obituary
John was a caring gentle soul who lived a simple hard working life and was blessed by the grace and kindness of many along his journey.
He is survived by his sisters; Ann-Marie Camann and her husband, Greg, of Bedford, NH, Barbara Haynes and her husband Thomas, of Riverside, RI, Joan Cote and her husband, Michael of Burrillville, RI and Connie Rudis of Lincoln, RI. Also one brother, Glenn O'Gara and his wife Marie of Cranston, RI. John was also survived by a niece and seven nephews, two grand nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many loyal friends. He was preceded in death by not only his father, but his brother, Donald J. O'Gara Jr.
His funeral will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 9 AM, from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Road, North Smithfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Our Lady of Good Help Church, 1063 Victory Highway, Mapleville, RI. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery in Cranston. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM, Friday, December 1st.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to either Bridgemark Addiction Recovery Services (formerly known as Kent House, Inc.) 2020 Elmwood Avenue, Warwick, RI 02888 or The Amos House, 460 Pine St., Providence, RI 02907.

Dear Aunt Connie,
