Mary Balfour Obituary
She was the wife of the late Frederick D. Balfour.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth Carter, and husband, Jon, of Raleigh, N.C.
Mary is also survived by her twin sister, Annie Balfour of Harrisville, and brother, Donald Wolstenholme, of Cumberland. She was predeceased by brothers Charles, Ernest, George, Harry, Joseph, and Robert Wolstenholme; and sisters Phyllis Doorbar, Evelyn Goodlad, Emily McAlister and Dorothy Wolstenholme.
She was a daughter of the late Annie (Pennington) Wolstenholme and William Wolstenholme.
She worked for many years at Globe Industries and the US Rubber Company.
She was a longtime member of the Glendale United Methodist Church, and the last few years at the Berean Baptist Church in Harrisville.
She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Road, North Smithfield. Burial in Union Cemetery will be private. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 until 7 p.m.

Sincerest condolences to the Balfour family. Fred and Mary were our neighbors growing up. They were extremely nice people. May they both rest in peace.
