Mary Hardy Obituary
She was the beloved wife of Edward A. Hardy. Ed and Mary Sue were married for 45 years.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of Sylvia (Trudeau) Bacon of Woonsocket and the late Antonio Bacon.
Mary was a home maker and day care provider, she loved taking care of children of all ages for family and friends. She was also an excellent cook. Mary was also her moms caregiver. She loved her two feline companions Sam and Minnie.
Besides her beloved husband Edward, she is survived by two sons, Brian Hardy and his wife Dawn of North Smithfield and Jeffrey Hardy of Woonsocket. One daughter, Amy Hardy of Providence. Three sisters, Elaine Jarret of Cumberland, Linda Dupre of North Smithfield and Cathy Jarret of Woonsocket. Seven grandchildren; Shayna, Alyssa, Connor, Evan, Kathryn, Madison, and Taylor. And several nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Donald, Roger and Sandra.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 9 AM from the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St Agatha's Church, 34 Joffre Ave. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Relatives and friends are invited; Calling hours are in Sunday from 4-7 PM. sdipardomcfh.com
