Richard Raymond Jr. Obituary

WOONSOCKET - Richard N. Raymond Jr. 54, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in RI Hospital with his loving family by his side. Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Richard and Cecile (Brizard) Raymond Sr.

Richard worked as a painter for various painting companies in the area until becoming disabled. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, enjoyed bicycle riding, and spending time with family and friends. Rich was a very caring, warm hearted person, who helped out when needed.

He is survived by his siblings, Anne Marie (Raymond) Meigges of Woonsocket, Tracey (Raymond) Rasmussen of Virginia, and Paul Raymond of California. Sixteen nieces and nephews, and ten great nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Pamela Raymond.

A Celebration of Richard's life will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 4-7 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be held at a later date.
