Shirley Corriveault Obituary
Shirley worked in Customer Service for Bank of America for several years. She was past president of the former Woonsocket Joycettes and former member of the Board of Tenant Affairs. She also volunteered at the Stadium Theater. She was a Professional Ballroom Dancer, Ice skater, and a Seamstress and designed several ice skating outfits. Shirley was a very adventurous spirit and tried everything.
She is survived by one brother, Frank J. Lanowy and his wife Irene of Lincoln. One niece, Christine Dorais and two nephews, Michael and Gary Lanowy. Shirley also leaves her cat companions and they are available for adoption at the Woonsocket Cat Santuary on Mendon Rd. in Woonsocket.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 5 PM in the S.DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 4-5 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations in Shirley's memory to the Woonsocket Cat Sanctuary, 266 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 would be appreciated. sdipardomcfh.com

I'm going to miss seeing Shirley at all the Polka dances. She was the life of the party, full of energy and spirit. RIP Shirley.

RIP Shirley. She was a very nice person. I knew her from a long time ago when C.B. radio was in. She was a customer at Rosie's on North Main St. when I worked there.
