Thene Khongsouvankham

WOONSOCKET - Thene Khongsouvankham, 75, of Gilbert St. died Saturday May 23, 2015 in the Woonsocket Health & Rehabilitation Center with his family by his side.
He was the husband of Bouthom (Xaichareun) Khongsouvankham.
Born in Laos, son of the late Thong and Neur Khongsouvankham.
Thene was a manufacturer for ACS for several years.
He was a former member of the Laotian Association of RI.
Besides his wife he is survived by his eleven children, Bounsy Bounyoung, of Calif., Khamsene Greene of Conn., Sengmany Souvanh, of Prov. RI, Phetbouly Khongsouvankham, Nikom Souvanh, Bounsoury Chanthavong, Thoranong Khongsouvankham, and Sonethanong Khongsouvankham, all of Woonsocket, Phoutthasong Dao - Khongsouvankham, of Prov., Vongnaly Khongvsouvankham, of Woonsocket. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several brothers, and sisters. He was also the father of the late Khamvene Tardiff.
A traditional Laotian Service will be held on Friday at 9 A.M. in the S.DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI followed by cremation at Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI. Relatives and friends are invited; Calling hours are on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 5-8 P.M.
