Louise Jack Obituary

Louise Jane Jack, 95, of Roscoe, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Beloit Senior Living - the Gardens. She was born to Albert and Nettie (Wiltse) Nohr in Janesville, WI on March 24, 1930. On July 15, 1950 Louise married Edward Jack in Janesville, WI and they then resided in Afton, WI. Together they raised six children and moved the family to Roscoe, IL where they lived for many years. They loved their many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Louise worked for many years at First National Bank in Beloit, WI as their bookkeeper and was also involved in the school PTA while her kids were in school. She also enjoyed helping her daughter at her salon and her husband and five sons at the family business. Louise enjoyed playing cards, quilting, and she was an avid bowler. What she loved the most was being surrounded by her loved ones. She will be remembered for her quick wit, her infectious laugh, and her ability to talk for hours. Louise is survived by her children, Steven (Sherry), Timothy (Gay), David (Susan), Thomas (Vicki), Dennis (Kim), and Sandra (Timothy) Puhl; her grandchildren, Josh (Tramequa), Matthew (Nikki), Adam, Brandon (Ashley), Brock (Sara), Blake, Carli (Garrett), McKenna, and Jessica; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Nettie and Albert Nohr; her brother, Elliot (Devyn) Nohr; and her husband, Edward Jack. The family would like to thank Miquelia, Amber, and all the nurses at Beloit Senior Living - The Gardens for the exceptional care that they provided for Louise while she was a resident at their facility. Another special thanks goes to Megan and the Heartland Hospice staff for the love and care that they gave Louise throughout her stay at The Gardens. She was truly treated like family.
