Rosemarie Alf

Rosemarie Alf, age 92, passed away on September 1, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Beloit, WI on March 1, 1933, to John and Marguarite Mckillips. She graduated from Beloit Memorial High School. Rosemarie married Phillip Alf on November 14, 1952. Rosemarie loved her flower beds and fishponds, watching the birds, going fishing, spending time on her game farm with her wide range of animals. Every year she would take the family and go to Scenic Highway Resort in Minnesota for a couple weeks. Along with her family that she raised, she raised dogs, horses, and milked cows. Rosmarie was always found outdoors either working or enjoying all the nature around her. Rosemarie is survived by her two children; Rodney Alf and Jeri (Rick) Cox, five grandchildren; Matt (Teri) Moriva, Candace Klaas, Jim (Bo) Moriva, Megan (Travis) Radzwilowicz, great-grandchildren; Evan, Abigail, Olivia, Ellie, Kalan, Beau, Grace, and Brooke, brother; Dale (Iona) Mckillips, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rosemarie is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; son; Larry Alf, 4 other siblings. A funeral service will be held at the Dl Newcomer Funeral Home, Brodhead, WI, on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will take place at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Sunday. A special thank you to St. Croix Hospice for all there loving care and support.
