Russell Partlow Obituary
He was born on March 6, 1962 in Cherry Point, NC, the son of George and Monica (McCarville) Partlow. Russell was a Beloit Catholic High School graduate.
Russell was formerly employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and could be found restoring vintage trucks. Russell had a passion for collecting coins and old stamps.
Survivors include his brother and three sisters.
Russell was predeceased by his parents and one brother.
Per Russell's wishes, no services will be held. Inurnment will be held in Mt. Thabor Cemetery.
