Sandra "Sandy" Fisher, 63, of
Wisconsin Dells, WI, passed away on March 22, 2026, with her family by her side. Sandy was born in August in
Des Plaines, Illinois, to Karl and Loretta Dietrich. She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, mother, wife, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.
Sandy spent her childhood in Illinois before moving to Wisconsin to be closer to her grandparents. She worked hard but always made time for family. As soon as her sister Patty was able, she also moved to Wisconsin to be close to Sandy, later having two daughters whom Sandy absolutely adored. During this time, Sandy met Stan, who would eventually become her husband of 34 years. In 1990, Sandy gave birth to a daughter, Shana, who became her whole world. From that moment on, everything revolved around her. She also cherished the birth of another niece from Patty and three nephews from her sister Lisa, all of whom she loved deeply. Sandy lived in several places over the years but always made each one a home, eventually returning to Wisconsin, where she spent the remainder of her life.
Throughout her life, Sandy stayed close to her loved ones and devoted much of her time to caring for her family and her animals. She had a deep love for all animals and always had dogs and cats. Her daughter shared that same love, often bringing home many different animals over the years-and Sandy loved them all. She also enjoyed working on small art projects at home and loved decorating her house with pictures of family. She took pride in maintaining a beautiful yard for everyone to enjoy and loved hosting gatherings where she could spend time with those she cared about.
Sandy was blessed with two grandchildren. In 2013, she was overjoyed to become a grandmother to a beautiful baby boy, Ransom, who quickly became her whole world. She played a significant role in his life, and their bond will never be broken. In 2018, Sandy was also very happy to see her daughter marry Cody, whom she loved dearly.
Sandy had a beautiful soul and a heart of gold. She would do anything for anyone. Her laugh was unforgettable, and she had a way of making everyone smile. She was strong not only for herself but for everyone around her. The love she had for her family was unmatched, and she always wanted the very best for those around her. She will be deeply missed by many. Until we see you again.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Stanley Fisher; her daughter, Shana (Cody Senft); her grandson, Ransom Senft; her mother, Loretta Dietrich; her sisters, Patricia Dietrich and Lisa (Alex Ochoa); her nieces, Alicia Vander Meulen, Lydia Vander Meulen, and Brittany (Conner Pent); her nephews, Daniel Ochoa, Shane Ochoa, and Ashton Ochoa; and her cousin, Pamela Stieber.
Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Karl Dietrich; her grandparents, Antoni and Maria Holownia and James and Loretta Shaughnessy; and her granddaughter, Keiyanna Senft.
